Quality Management Structure

In our hospital, the operation of the Quality Management System is carried out with the coordination and guidance of the Quality Management Department. The Quality Management Department is defined in the Organizational Chart and consists of the Quality Management Director and Department Quality Supervisors. The Quality Management Department carries out the duties defined below in coordination with the Department Quality Supervisor assigned within the service areas.

The field of responsibility of the Quality Management Department;

• To ensure the coordination of the operations carried out within the framework of SKS

• To follow up the activities for corporate purposes and objectives

• To manage the self-assessments

• To manage the processes for the Unfavorable Event Reporting System

• To manage the processes about the risk management

• To manage the procedures to measure patient experience and employee feedback surveys

• To ensure the management of the Quality Management System documents within the framework of SKS

• To manage the processes for quality indicators

• To participate as a member in the committees determined within the framework of the SKS.
